FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Environmental Test Products, Inc. uses STRIPE for credit card transactions on the ecoBailer.com website to process Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as forms of payment. We never see your credit card number and so do not have it on file.
We do not have our own delivery service so we rely on third party carriers – we can ship out your order on a carrier of your choice; eg; Fedex, UPS, Purolator etc. You will see a list of shipping options in the on-line checkout, just select the one that best meets your needs and budget. If there is no shipping option or you don’t like the shipping options call us at 1-877-505-1789. Larger orders tend to go by truck and we can work with a carrier of your choice. Internationally, we ship by air freight and larger orders can go by sea in shipping containers. We are happy to provide you with tracking numbers and other such tracking information if you would like. If you place a phone order, please note, we may ask you for an account number for a shipping company of your choice to send your order. We will NOT share that information with anyone other than you and the shipping company. We do recognize that sometimes the shipments can have a rough ride so we really do our best to package robustly.
Returned goods must be prearranged with our staff. Also, we hope you understand we can not credit you back if, the returned goods are used dirty, damaged or compromised so that they are not re-saleable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept products that are contaminated with hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Once the eligible returned goods are received and accepted then we can organize a refund, return or whatever we agree to. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a day or so. Once we authorize a credit card refund the rest is up to STRIPE and they can take up to 10 business days to get it you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Call us and let’s see if we can make it work for you.
